Gaiety Theatre & Grand Hotel (ground floor)
The Gaiety Theatre-Grand Hotel was opened in 1898 and at the time ranked equally with the Theatre Royal in Hobart and the Princess Theatre in Launceston. Over the years it has been restored to working order with seating for 320 people and sufficient open space in the former hotel area to hold community type events or exhibitions.

Part of the West Coast Heritage Centre Complex and formerly the Zeehan School of Mines & Metallurgy which operated from 1893-1960, our library is the perfect venue for meetings and small gatherings.
